Joyce Bomke Obituary

Joyce was born on September 14, 1927 and passed away on Thursday, May 31, 2018. Joyce was a resident of Illinois at the time of passing. In May 1944, she graduated from Pleasant Hill Community High School and in May of 1967, from Gem City College, Quincy. In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the Carmi Baptist Children's Home or the Lincoln Avenue Baptist Church Building Fund.

My sincere condolences to the family. Joyce was a beautiful person. Inside and out. Though I didn't get to know her as well as I would have liked, thrte is no doubt her generosity, kindness, wisdom and gentle. encouraging spirit were unmatched, and her legacy of love and a true servants heart will live on in the lives of all she touched. My own included.

Joyce was such a beautiful lady inside and out. She was friends with my parents ,Jake and Ann Conner, when I was young. You're in my thoughts and prayers. She will be sadly missed.
