She was born June 17, 1943 in Macomb, IL the daughter of Clarence Lloyd and Georgia Elizabeth (Jones) Haley. She married Joseph Glenn Cale in Macomb, IL on September 21,1963. He preceded her in death on March 1,1982.
She was also preceded in death by her son-in-law, Leon Gilmore.
Surviving are six children, Debbie Gilmore of Colmar, Illinois, Michael (Linda) Cale of Simpsonville, South Carolina, Becky Monier of Franklin, Kentucky,
William (Tina) Cale of Belton, Kentucky, Guy (Diana) Cale of Macomb, Illinois, Barbara (Tom) Meier of Rochester, Michigan; brother, Lloyd Haley of West Palm Beach, Florida; two sisters, Marilyn Duncan of Macomb, Illinois, Sharon Mattoon of Burlington, Iowa; 21 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren 1 great-great grandchild and 2 great- grandchildren whose arrival she was looking forward to.
Cremation Rites have been accorded by Dodsworth-Piper -Wallen Funeral Home.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday March 29, 2025 from12:00 pm until 2:00 pm at the Macomb American Legion. Private burial of ashes will be in the Oakwood Cemetery, Saturday March 29, 2025. Memorial Contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
