Joyce A. Cramer, 85 of South Sioux City passed away Wednesday, February 4, 2026. A funeral service will be 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, February 10, 2026 at Mohr & Becker-Hunt Funeral Home. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service time at the funeral home. Burial will be at Dakota City Cemetery.
Joyce was born the daughter of Russell and Fern (McDonald) Benning on April 6,1940 in Randolph, Nebraska. She graduated from Waterbury High School. Joyce married Richard L. Cramer on October 24, 1958 in Elk Point, South Dakota. They made their home in South Sioux City.
Joyce worked at IBP and then for Region Four, later known as Northstar Services for over 20 years until her retirement.
She enjoyed crocheting, sewing, doing picture puzzles, and bird watching. She also enjoyed playing the game Hey Day on her tablet.
Joyce is survived by her children, Rebecca (Adam) Bliven, Jill (Toby) English, Melissa (Paul) Gabbard, James (Luisa) Cramer, Russell Cramer, and Raymond (Robin Boyd) Cramer; 10 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Richard, and siblings, Marvin Benning and Jane Degner.
