I am so sorry for your loss. I met Joyce at Contra costa County Sheriff Department. She has kept in touch several times a year and never forgot my birthday. I loved my friend dearly. I haven't heard from her in months and got worried and just found this obituary. She will be missed. Rest in peace my friend.
