Joyce Ann Devauld

Aberdeen, MS -- A precious life, Joyce Ann "Bimp" De Vauld, went home to live with God on Monday, July 12, 2021, at 10:00 AM. She was born unto two loving parents, Sis. Arian "Big A" DeVauld and Bro. James Monroe DeVauld on July 29, 1954. Their lives were blessed with some weaknesses but many, many strengths among which were nine precious children, of which, Arie Lee De Vauld, Marie Vance, Melody DeVauld, and James "Bo" DeVauld, all preceded her in death.
Sis. De Vauld accepted Christ as her personal savior and was baptized at an early age. She joined New Hebron Church on Egypt Road, Egypt, MS. Later in life, she would move her membership to White Rock Community Church, Aberdeen, MS. She attended school in Aberdeen, MS. As time passed, Joyce realized that she was good at two things, raising her children and cooking. Her greatest accomplishments were giving birth to four precious children; two daughters, Ella and Mary; two sons (both preceded her in death) Steven (Zack) and Michael.
Sis. De Vauld leaves to cherish her memory; two (2) loving daughters, Ella (Robert) Frye, Aberdeen, MS and Mary (Vincent) Robinson, Nettleton, MS; three (3) sisters, Elise Blanchard, St. Louis, MO., Virginia (Jacob) Whitfield, Aberdeen, MS, Marilyn (Dennis) DeVauld, Okolona, MS; two brothers,
Ricky DeVauld, Aberdeen, MS. Willie Ed DeVauld, Jackson, MS,; six (6) grandchildren; seven (7) great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews,
cousins, and friends.
