My Dearest Aunt Joyce. I remember being with you during my childhood about seven decades ago. You may have been a teen then but I’ll never forget how you impressed me. And now you have finally left the good name of the Floyd family in the hands of the next generation. I trust the seven of us will follow your generation by continuing to honor the name and maintaining the standards set by our parents and grandparents.
Farewell Aunt Joyce and God bless you.

I enjoyed Joyce's friendship for many
years together in the Widowed Persons Service of Richmond, VA.
Joyce was indeed a lovely lady and
a good friend.

I will never forget you Porgie. You are my beloved and special "baby" Aunt.
Love, Betty
