Born in Cleona, PA on November 21st, 1943, she was the daughter of the late Ralph E. and Edna M. (Schlessman) Lutz.
Surviving is a daughter, Cathy S. Milinski of Lebanon, a sister, Loretta J. DeLong of Ft. Lauderdale, FL, two brothers, Russell C. Lutz of Rehrersburg, Curtis L. Lutz of Lebanon, and a granddaughter, Christine E. Milinski of Lebanon. Joyce was preceded in death by her sister, Carol L. Lutz Semmel.
There will be no services for Joyce at this time. Kreamer Funeral Home and Crematory, Annville is handling arrangements. Memorial contributions may be made to St. John's Church, 5 E. Mill St. PO Box 195, Mt Aetna, PA 19544, American Heart Association of PA, and/or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
