Joyce A. Frohn, 91, of Quincy, passed away at 6 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 21, 2025, at Good Samaritan Home in Quincy. Visitation is Saturday, Jan. 25, 2025, from 10-11 a.m. at Luther Memorial Church in Quincy. A funeral ceremony will follow at 11 a.m. Burial will be at Greenmount Cemetery. O'Donnell-Cookson Life Celebration Home is handling the arrangements.
