Joyce Hearn, beloved mother and cherished friend, passed away peacefully on March 25, 2025, at the age of 85. Born as Joyce Busby on January 9, 1940, in Mexia, Texas, she lived a life filled with warmth, love, and compassion for those around her.
Joyce was a beacon of light to her family and community. Her ability to uplift others and her unwavering support for friends and loved ones left an indelible mark on all who had the privilege of knowing her. She embraced life with a spirit that was both vibrant and nurturing, making every moment count.
The legacy of Joyce Hearn will be cherished by the many lives she touched. Joyce’s journey will be honored with a Prayer Service on April 3, 2025, beginning at 7:15 PM, at Golden Gate Funeral Home-Dallas (Allene), located at 4155 South R. L. Thornton Freeway, Dallas, TX 75224. A Funeral Service celebrating her life will follow on April 4, 2025, at 11:00 AM at Antioch Fellowship Missionary Baptist Church, situated at 7550 South Hampton Road, Dallas, TX 75232. The services are a testament to her lasting impact and the love that will remain for her.
