I worked with Joyce in the jail and she was the sweetest and nicest person you could meet.

I'm so very sorry for your loss. Joyce was such a nice person. We had many fun times working together at NLR Police Dept. She actually trained me to do the job I am currently doing now.

I worked with Joyce in the jail. She and I would always cut up and she was just a very bright part of my day! Prayers
