Joyce Lanxon Obituary
Joyce was the oldest of three daughters, born to Arthur and Dorothy Klettke in Eldora, Iowa. She lived in Eldora and graduated from Eldora High School. She devoted her life to healthcare with over 40 years as a Nurse.
She married William Mueller in 1967 and had two sons Thomas and Steven Mueller. She was later married to Donald Lanxon and lived in Illinois. She enjoyed traveling and was a lifelong supporter of Iowa sports and the B1G.
She is survived by her two sons Thomas (Sarah) and Steven (Melanie) Mueller, her sisters Shirley Reagan and Karen (Kent) Peacock, and numerous cousins, nieces, nephews and grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, her two husbands and her granddaughter, Elizabeth.
A service will be held at Abel Funeral Home in Eldora, Iowa on January 18th at 11:00. There will be a viewing before and a graveside burial following. A reception will be held at Dorothy's Senior Center in Eldora, Iowa.
