Joyce is survived by her children, Christine Roe and husband, Steven, Susan Jennette and husband, Robert, John Luttenberger and Corrie Langley; her grandchildren, Sherry Jennette, Robbie Jennette, Matthew Jennette, Stephani Carpenter, Jaymi Roe, Jaxon Smith and Zoey Langley; her great-grandchildren, Rowan Blevins, Blake Carpenter and Logan Jennette; and her sister, Cynthia Gillaugh.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Luttenberger and her brother, Larry Sipe.
A service to honor Joyce's life will be held on Saturday, November 22, 2025 at 3:00 p.m. at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Goldsboro. The family will receive friends for a time of visitation following the service.
The family is in the care of Seymour Funeral Home and Cremation Service.
