Joyce Elaine Martin (Metternick), age 78 of Clarksville, MI, went to be with her Lord and Savior on September 19, 2025. Family surrounded her at home as she peacefully passed into eternity.
Joyce was born on December 1, 1946, to Joseph and Gladys Metternick. She was a devoted wife and loving mother and will be missed by all.
She is preceded in death by both parents, sister Sharell Metternick, brother-in-law Robert Martin, and several aunts and uncles.
Joyce is survived by her adoring husband Charles Martin, sister Connie (Tom) Vaughan, children, Rob (Wendy) Watrous, Mindy (Craig) Clarida, Ryan (Jamie) Watrous, several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, brother-in-law Harold Martin, and sister-in-law Shirley Rugdinger.
A private service will be held by the family at a later date.
Cremation arrangements are entrusted to Michigan Cremation & Funeral Care, Grand Rapids, 616-452-3006.
