It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Joyce, a loving mother, devoted grandmother, and cherished great-grandmother. Joyce's life was a tapestry woven with love and devotion, her warmth radiating through her caring relationships with her family and friends.
Joyce was a proud mother to Lynn (Michael) Armstrong, Diane (Ronald) Maxwell, Susan (Buddy Everett) Janczak, and Gerald (Maria) Harlach. She embraced her role as a grandmother with joy, showering her grandchildren with affection: Lisa (Brent) Goodwin, Teri (Michael) Lina, Tracy (Craig) Carson, Jenna (Louis) DeRosa, Julie (Jordan) Kumro, Nicole Janczak, and Gerald and Anthony (Jenah) Harlach, and Antoinina (Sawyer) Mosher. Her legacy continues with her beloved great-grandchildren: Emma, Molly, Violet, Cade, Veronica, Elio, Rosalie, Jayce, Jane, Cate, Jiovanni, Amelia, Luella, and Blaine, who brought her immense joy and pride.
Joyce's family extended beyond her immediate children. She was a loving sister to Francis (the late Richard) McEvoy, Audrey (the late James) Webster, Marilyn (Michael) Garmone, Kenneth (the late Cynthia), and Daniel (Mary) Norton. She formed strong bonds with her many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends, touching the lives of all who knew her.
Joyce is now reunited with her parents, Frank and Irene Norton, and is preceded in death by her beloved husbands, Gerald Harlach and Ronald Maving. She also joins her siblings, Ronald (Geraldine) Norton, and Roberta (Edward) Health in eternal rest.
While private services will be held by her family, we invite everyone who knew Joyce to share memories and condolences in her honor, celebrating a life beautifully lived. May her love forever guide us and may her spirit live on in our hearts. Flowers gratefully declined, if desired, memorial contributions can be made to Hospice Foundation.
