JOYCE E. MOORE Joyce E. (Hardiman) Moore 85 died July 10, 2025, at Reed's Cove in Wichita, Kansas.She was born on December 12, 1939, in Wichita, Kansas to John and Viola (Hinckley) Hardiman. On December 18, 1955, she married David Moore and he preceded her in death in 2024. Joyce was a member of the Liberty Baptist Church in Newton and retired as a CNA & CertifiedMedication Aide working in nursing homes.Joyce loved being around her family and friends. Mom loved going tothe antique store always looking to buy something she collected old stoves along with antique furniture they were all over the house.She will be missed. Joyce is survived by her son David (Barbara) Moore; and daughters Nancy (Bob) Ulrich and Susan (David) McDonald.She is also survived by 7 grandchildren 20 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, infant son Gary A. Moore, brother John Hardiman; sisters: Maxine Taylor; Rena Chace; and Elva Melton. The funeral service will be at 10:00 a.m., Friday, July 18, 2025, at Liberty Baptist Church in Newton with Pastor Steve Moler presiding. Visitation will be 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Thursday at Petersen Funeral Home with the family receiving friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Hillside Cemetery in Sedgwick, Kansas. Memorials may be made to Reeds Cove and left with the funeral home.
