Mrs. Joyce Elizabeth Morton, age 77 of Nolensville transitioned from this earthly life to eternal life on Saturday, November 18, 2023.
Joyce was preceded in death by her parents, father: Samuel Waters; mother: Sallie Morton; sisters: Margaret Jobe; Edna Bradley and Mary Davis.
Joyce leaves to celebrate this life and memory her beloved and devoted daughters: Valerie Anderson; Monica (Michael) Gordon; Shanda (Brandon) Jones; loving and devoted grandchildren: Avery McKissack, Geneva Gordon, Raegan Jones, Mykalin Gordon and Brandon Jones II; and great-granddaughter Emmy McKissack; brothers and sisters: Dorothy McClain; Gloria Morton; Edward (Darlene) Morton; Elder Mackie (Jacqueline) Morton; Linda Gayle Coffee; Hazel Shaw; Rosie (Valentine) Samuels of Detroit, Michigan; Elder Robert (Yvette) Shaw; Lemon (Hattie) Shaw; aunt Dorothy Morton; step-sister Jackie Waters; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
