Joyce was a huge part of mine and my children´s lives.
She was their Sunday school teacher in Junior church. She helped build the foundation of their faith alongside me. We still sing her songs and quote her quotes often.
She taught me to minister to Missionaries through Alliance Women. I was her secretary for many years and we had so many fun meetings. Cindy Piper said it best, "we shared meals, prayed and worshiped together. We will never experience that again." We opened our homes and shared all we had.
Your mom taught me so much about being a wife, mother and grandmother. I cry so my head doesn´t swell, her advice not mine.
My heart is happy knowing she´s home again with Larry, Melba, Letha, Helen, and Lola. My kids both said they were happy she´s reunited with them again. We all rejoice knowing that we will be reunited with them someday again as well.
My grandson has been calling me Baba from me singing the famous "« I just want to be a Sheep "song
When my kids bicker, I still sing them "Your Chooser can´t choose for your chooser!"
I could go on and on. We will miss calling and always knowing she would pick up the phone. She leaves a hole nobody could fill!
