Joyce Elaine Sawyer, of Ashland, NE, passed away surrounded by family, on January 29, 2024, at the age of 87, in Papillion, NE. She was born on August 27, 1936, in Osceola, NE. Joyce was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, and her family meant everything to her.
VISITATION, Saturday, February 17, 2024, 9:30 to 11:30 a.m., at Marcy Mortuary in Ashland.

So sorry to learn of Joyce's passing. She was family to the Pond's when she married Chris and I lived just up the road a bit when they lived in Ashland. A very enjoyable lady and I am sure many students will agree.
