Joyce Troutman Obituary
Survivors include her husband of 59 years, William 'Billy' Troutman; daughter, Bridget Troutman Austin (John); and her fur babies, Chelsea, Toffee and Lando.
A graveside service will be held at 2:00pm on Wednesday, March 18, 2026 at Green Brier Baptist Church Cemetery.
Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to SPARKY Animal Rescue of Kentucky, 1004 East 18th Street, Owensboro, KY 42303.

Joyce was such a wonderful and caring women. We shared the love of animals and could call about them for hours. She made me the cutest cat pot holder and apron that I will cherish forever.
