Joyce Vaden

It is with deep sorrow, yet profound gratitude for the gift of her life, that our family announces the passing of Joyce. At the age of 83, on March 24, 2026, she was called home to be with the Lord, slipping away peacefully while cradled in the love of those who held her dearest.

Now resting alongside her loving husband, Clyde, Joyce leaves behind a world made infinitely brighter by her presence. She was the true heart of our family-a remarkable woman whose nurturing spirit was matched only by her vibrant, force-of-nature personality and her gift for bringing endless laughter into our lives.

Joyce devoted her earthly days to her children, cultivating a home filled with tenderness and unconditional support. Though her physical presence will be profoundly missed by her children, Tammy, Bill, and Darrell, her adored grandchildren, and all who loved her, her legacy of remarkable strength and kindness will echo in our hearts forever.

A Celebration of Joyce's life will be held at Church on the Rock (17N230 Manning Road, Huntley, IL 60142) on Sunday, March 29, 2026, from 3-6 PM.
