Joyce Anne Walker

Joyce Anne Walker, 81, passed away Saturday, May 11, 2013. Memorial Service will be at 6:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 14, 2013, with a visitation from 4:00 p.m. until time of service at Memorial Funeral Home. Joyce was born on November 6, 1931 in Columbia, Missouri. She was a graduate of Hickman High School and the University of Missouri. She taught Drama at Hickman High School for over 30 years and considered herself a life long Kewpie. Her greatest joy was spending time with her family. She will be remembered always as our beloved "Gran". She is survived by her daughters, Julie Frink, husband Stan, Jenny Bray, husband Doug, and Jacque Brake, husband Troy; grandchildren, Jacob and Kelley Frink, Justin and Tara Wright, Amber and Chris Vroman, Katie Frink, Elle Bray, Dakota Brake, and Bella Brake; three great-grandsons, Devon Cox, Matthew Frink and Mason Wright; nieces, nephews and many loving friends. She is preceded in death by her parents, William and Helen Edwards; sisters, Virginia Vossen and Kay Rutledge; and infant son, Teddy Walker.
