Mi sentido pésame para la familia y amistades de Juan P. Rivera Velazquez. Hay una ezperanza que el Dios de todo consuelo nos promete, el de mantener a nuestros seres queridos en su memoria hasta su tiempo designado para la resurrección bajo su gobierno donde él 'limpiara toda lágrima de sus ojos, y la muerte no será más, ni existirá ya más lamento ni clamor ni dolor. Las cosas anteriores han pasado.'
Podremos seguir disfrutando de nuestros seres queridos bajo condiciones perfectas. Que Dios les dé fortaleza.

I'm very hurt for the lost of special human being. Is like a nightmare that you can wakeup. I remember Juan was the first person who really make me feel gorgeous with my hair and give me that push to be my self. We will miss you. RIP

RIP Juan. I want to express to your family and friends how very sorry I am that this horrible shooting took your life from you. I pray that your loved ones will somehow find comfort and that their hearts will heal with time. Sent with sincere sympathy......

May Juan and Luis rest in peace together...they accomplished so much in their lives. We are so sorry for your loss and pray for them daily with our vigil light and altar in their memory. I am so glad Juan had love in his life, he was a beautiful young man.

Juan p how does one say farewell to such a gift such as you and Conde. I choose not to do that I prefer to say I will see you again my friend. Take your rest my friend God loved you best!!

Juanp with pain in my heart I say goodbye to you. I remember in TBC competition how you came running to me to fix my hair. How you and Conde hug me and said "I knew you were going to win" you both made me feel so pretty. Also for my homecoming my makeup was amazing! I love you guys smile and I will forever have that smile in my heart :( I love you both may you both rest in peace . And with sadness in my heart I'll see you soon. <\3

I did not know Juan. But I feel terrible about what happened to Juan and all the others killed and wounded at the Pulse Nightclub. My thoughts are with all their friends and families and I wish them strength to cope with their grief and wisdom in trying to accept this senseless and cruel reality.
