With deep love and sorrow, we share the passing of Juan Antonio Perez, who was born on July23,1965 in Linares, Nuevo Leon, and passed away on September 10,2025 at the age of 60 in Charlotte, Texas. Throughout his life,

He built a legacy of hard work, kindness and devotion to his family.

He worked for many years as a mechanic with Salinas Construction, known for his dedication and skill. But above all, he will be remembered for the way he lived outside of work-surrounded by family and friends, always ready to share a laugh, lend a hand, or fire up the grill for one of the family barbecues that became treasured weekend traditions.

He was a loving Partner to Michelle Longoria, and a proud selfless father to Damaris Perez, Destiney Longoria, Juan Antonio Perez, and Bacilio Enrique Perez. He was also a beloved grandfather to seven grandchildren, who brought him endless joy and pride.

He is survived by his parents Maria Luisa Platas Sauceda and Basilio Perez Guerrero; his five brothers; and his two sisters. He was preceded in death by one brother. His children and grandchildren will carry forward the lessons he taught them: the value of hard work, the importance of caring for others, and the joy found in simply being together. Those who knew him will remember his generosity, his warmth, and his steady presence. Whether it was through his work, his friendships or his family life he touched the lives of many with his open heart.

Services to honor his life will be held on Saturday, September20,2025, at 9:00a.m. at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church in Charlotte, Texas. The recital of the Holy Rosary will be held at 10:00 a.m. followed by a Mass of Resurrection at 10:30 a.m. The Burial will follow at the Charlotte Community Cemetery.

Though we will miss him dearly, the love and memories he gave us will remain forever, guiding and comforting us in the days ahead.
