Juan Antonio "Tony" Rivera-Borges

Mr Rivera worked with my mother at the DOC when I was a child and young adult. When I had my first child as a teenager, he made sure to come visit and bring diapers and essentials monthly. I´ve always remembered his kindness and appreciated his compassion. So very sorry to hear of his passing.
