Perez Family Funeral Home - MoorparkWith deepest love, we announce the passing of our beloved mother, Juanita Camacho, a woman of extraordinary courage, strength, and unwavering faith. She faced one of the most aggressive cancers with a warrior’s spirit, trusting God as her healer and source of strength. Even as her body weakened, her faith never did.
Juanita left this world on Friday December 5, 2025 surrounded by her greatest treasures, her husband, her 6 children, 19 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, daughter and son -in-laws, and all who loved her. She was more than a mother; she was our teacher, our protector, and the one who shaped us with honesty, love, and firm guidance.
Behind her toughness was a limitless heart. She lived to help others, searching Goodwill stores for blankets, clothes, and anything she could give. Her home was always filled with bags of clothing she gathered for families in Mexico. Giving was her nature.
Her faith was alive in everything she did. She was a missionary at heart, guiding, praying, and lifting people who felt broken or lost. She brought countless souls back to God, taking many to retreats, including us children, teaching us to love the Lord from a young age. Even her garden and the birds she cared for reflected her gentle spirit and connection to God’s creation.
Juanita was a woman of service, devotion, and endless compassion. Her legacy lives in every life she touched, every soul she comforted, and every act of kindness she gave with humility and love.
We will forever honor her because she was love in action, faith unshaken, and strength wrapped in tenderness. May God receive her with the same love she poured into the world, and may her beautiful spirit continue to guide and inspire us.
