Judge Darrel Herman Mullins, age 73 of Pikeville, Kentucky passed away Tuesday, May 21, 2024, at his home.
He was a retired District Judge, a member of the Thomas C. Cecil Masonic Lodge and a graduate of the Chase Law School.
Judge Mullins was born in Pikeville, Kentucky on September 20, 1950 a son of the late Eldon Devere Mullins and Jollene Childers Mullins.
Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, David Eldon Mullins, his Maternal Grandparents, Lawrence and Alva Hawkins Childers and his Paternal Grandparents, Edgar Henderson Mullins and Emma Rosetta Bartley Mullins.
He is survived by his sister, Guinevere M. Kogan (Dr. Alexander Kogan) of Cincinnati, Ohio and his niece, Melissa Robin Johnson of Cincinnati, Ohio and his nephew, Robert Eldon Boley (Megan Elizabeth Hart) of Kettering, Ohio.
He is also survived by his great-nieces, Tina Marie Johnson, Tara Victoria Johnson, Tabitha Renee Johnson and Annabella Jollene Boley and a great-nephew, Michael Anthony Johnson.
Visitation will be 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m., Thursday, May 23, 2024 in the J.W. Call Funeral Home Chapel.
Funeral Services will be 11:00 a.m., Friday, May 24, 2024, in the J.W. Call Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Johnson Memorial Park at Pikeville, Kentucky.
Masonic services will be held at 7:00 P.M. Thursday at the fneral home.
