The Honorable Anthony Pasquantonio died peacefully surrounded by family on November 8th, 2025, at Calvary Hospital. Son of the late Nickolas and Adele Pasquantonio, Anthony was born in the Bronx on November 30, 1930.
Anthony is survived by 9 children: Jennifer and her husband Steve, Karen and her husband Mike, Andrew, Carolyn and her husband Chris, John and his wife January, David and his wife Elissa, Claudia and her husband Mark, Victoria and her husband Richard, and Susannah. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, his sister, Louise, and her three daughters and their families. Anthony was predeceased by his beloved wife, Carol, and their daughter, Valerie.
Anthony and Carol raised their family in Pelham. They took their children on camping adventures across the country - from the Grand Canyon to Yosemite - through rain or shine. Anthony loved to play golf and he treasured his golf buddies. Anthony was a devout Catholic and loved learning about history.
Anthony graduated from Pelham Memorial High School in 1948, Georgetown University in 1952, and earned a Juris Doctorate from Fordham University in 1955. He was a special prosecutor for the District Attorney's Office of Westchester County before opening his law practice in Pelham.
He was elected and served as the Town Justice for Pelham for 40 years. Being a public servant was truly an honor for him, and serving the people of Pelham brought him great joy. He was known affectionately around town as, "the Judge."
Anthony loved the town of Pelham. He was the president of the Lion's Club and the Westchester County Magistrate Association, and was commissioner of Pelham's Babe Ruth Little League.
Visiting hours will be held at the George T. Davis Funeral Home, New Rochelle, on Tuesday, Nov. 11th from 4-8PM. Funeral Mass will be at Blessed Sacrament Church, New Rochelle, on Wednesday, Nov. 12th at 10:30AM. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
