Judith Hoeme

Judith Ann Hoeme, 81, of Interlochen, Michigan, passed away peacefully on November 8, 2025, at Joy Givers Assisted Living, surrounded by her loved ones.
Born April 6, 1944, in Van Nuys, California, Judy was blessed with the gift of gab- a talent she perfected behind the chair in her two successful beauty salons, which she owned and operated while raising three daughters. Her vibrant personality and love for conversation made her a friend to everyone she met.
She is survived by her daughters, Patricia (Scott) McDowell and Cheryl (Ray) Mailloux grandchildren Curtis (Chanda) Moore, Kelly Moore, Shamara (Mike) Ludwig, and Gene McBride; and great-grandchildren Kalyn, Brody, Brayden Moore, Brianna, and Addison Allen. She is also survived by her sister Marlena (Ruth) Johnson and her lifelong friend, Patty Beeman.
Judy was welcomed into Heaven by those who went before her: her parents, her brother Randy Johnson, her daughter Rhonda McBride, and her granddaughter Rayven Mailloux.
Cremation has taken place, and a private family memorial will be held at a later date.
Judy will be remembered for her laughter, her strength, and her unwavering love for family. Her legacy lives on in the stories shared and the lives she touched.
