Judy was born November 5, 1942, in Shawano, WI and lovingly raised by her parents John Fredrick Roloff Sr. and Jean Jeanette (Tinsman) Roloff.
Judy attended St. Mary’s nursing school in Milwaukee, Wi. where she found her true calling in helping those in need. In 1993 she married Dennis Allen and the two of them moved to Florida. There she was able to expand her talent by overseeing various retirement facilities and finally landing in a teaching role to share with others what she was so passionate about.
She loved to travel, and her and Dennis made many trips around the USA. She never lost her love for her home state of Wisconsin and went to visit her mom and relatives whenever possible. She always made her family reunion every August. She always kept in touch with her best friend Ann Kiekhofer. Judy was a dynamic woman who made friends everywhere with her smile and personality.
