Judith (Swanson) Anderson, affectionately known as Judy by her friends and family, passed away peacefully in Ellicott City, Maryland, on November 7, 2025. A proud Staten Islander, she was a longtime resident of Columbia, Maryland, most recently residing at Millers Grant. A loving wife to her late husband, Arthur Anderson, Judy's legacy of love continues through her son, Steven, and his wife, Juli; her cherished grandson, Ian, and his wife, Rosie; and her beloved great-granddaughter, Mina, who brought her immense joy. Though she was preceded in death by her son, Gregory, her family finds comfort in knowing that Judy's love endures in their hearts. Faith was the cornerstone of Judy's life. A devout Christian, she expressed her devotion through music, her melodious voice a cherished presence in Lutheran church choirs and trios. Her faith brought strength and comfort not only to her but to all who were blessed to know her. Her life was filled with gratitude and grace.
