Judi was always a kind, caring friend in grade school and high school, and she never lost that spirit as she "grew up". She was a true lady and we loved to see her sweet smile. We know she will be missed by all who loved her. May your wonderful memories comfort you in the days to come.

So sorry to hear of Judi's passing. We were great buddies back on Gibbons street as we were growing up. She had a bubbly personality back then too. Prayers of strength and healing for the family. They lost a wonderful lady.

So sorry to hear this sad news. I remember Judi & her brother, Bob Newcomer. I went to Burroughs and Bowsher but we all grew up together in Toledo's South End and had lots of mutual frieds.

Deepest sympathies,
David Hill

So sorry and shocked by this news. Judy and I just got back in touch over the last couple of years and always looked forward to seeing her at the Teen Town Reunion. She will be missed by many of her friends. Another Libbey Cowgirl goes to her final roundup.
