Judith Ann Clark

One of my favorite memories was watching her cook because she was such an amazing cook. After I watched her, I always tried to make it myself. I still think of her whenever I make something and need to substitute an ingredient. I ask myself, "What would Judy do if she forgot celery? Hmm I have some water chestnuts."
