She was born on September 6, 1949, in Youngstown, and throughout her life she touched countless hearts with her kindness, warmth, and unwavering devotion to those she cherished.
Judy lived a life grounded in faith, compassion, and quiet strength. She was known for her love for her family and her pup Muffy. Her absence will be felt deeply by all who were blessed to know her.
She is lovingly survived by David Nelson, her devoted husband of 39 years, and caregiver throughout her last few years; children, Tammy (Chad), Glenn Jr (Linda), and Hank, Brian (Karell) and Bobby (Loni); 10 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; her youngest brother, Jack Webb (Brenda); and a host of extended family and treasured friends.
She is reunited in Heaven with those who passed before her, including her mother, Betty Brush; Aunt Agnes and Uncle Elmer Nelson; and her oldest brother, Robert Webb.
The family will gather to honor and celebrate her life from noon to 2 p.m. with a 2 p.m. Memorial service on Sunday, November 30, 2025 at the Rossi Brothers and Lellio Funeral Home, 4442 South Ave. in Boardman.
The family extends their heartfelt gratitude to all who have offered prayers, comfort, and support during this time of sorrow. Though she has departed from this earthly home, her memory will remain forever in the hearts of those who loved her.
May her soul rest in peace.
