Judith A. Puleio, 81, of Cherry Hill Twp. passed away peacefully at her home in the arms of her loving husband, on Wednesday, July 2, 2025.
Born and raised in Philadelphia, PA, she was the daughter of the late Frederick D' Imperio and Julia Ann Haley D'Imperio. She had been the loving wife of Joseph N. Puleio for the last 42 years. Judith had been a resident of Cherry Hill Twp. for over 30 years. She had been a member of the Red Hat Society and the Holy Eucharist Roman Catholic Church in Cherry Hill Twp. She had also been a Leader of Camp Fire Girls and Boy Scouts out of St. Monica Roman Catholic Church in Philadelphia.
Judith had many jobs in life; Secretary, Hairdresser, Barmaid, Waitress, Teacher of Arts and Crafts at Joanne Fabrics and Homemaker. There wasn't much she didn't or couldn't do. She cared deeply for her children, instilling and enriching them with tools and values that they would pass on to their own children. Judy loved to help people and especially make them happy. In her free time, she enjoyed dancing, entertaining, baking, catering, crafting and spending time with her family. Judy was an avid Bowler, Bowling on St Monicas Women's and mixed leagues. She will be both remembered and missed for her delicious chocolate-covered pretzels, pound cake and cookies. They were in fact so wonderful that prior to her illness she had been working on developing her own business, "Grandmom's Endless Goodies". Judy also enjoyed volunteering, one of her favorite events was the New Year's Eve Autism Dance. She will be dearly missed by her family, which her legacy will live through for generations to come.
She is survived by; her loving and dedicated husband, Joseph N. Puleio of Cherry Hill Twp.; her children, William Atwell (Camilla) of Philadelphia, PA, Kevin Atwell (Tracy) of Ridley, PA, Judith A. Dingler (Tom) of Gloucester Twp., and Nicole Dunn (Mike) of Atco; stepchildren, Gina Campo (Ed) and Stephen Puleio, both of Covington, LA; 13 grandchildren; two great grandchildren; two sisters, Joan Navarro and Mary Jane Cambell; one brother, Mike D'Imperio; and many nieces, nephews, and extended family. Close friend and Neighbor, Julie. She was preceded in death by; her parents, Frederick and Julia Ann D'Imperio.
Her Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated at the Holy Eucharist Roman Catholic Church, 344 Kresson Rd., Cherry Hill, NJ 08034, on Saturday, July 12th. Visitation at 10am, Mass at 11am. Interment will take place at Holy Cross Cemetery, 626 Baily Rd., Yeadon, PA 19050 following the services.
