Judith "Judy" Ann Spencer, 84, passed away on Sunday, November 23, 2025 at St. Ann's Hospital Palliative Care with her family by her side. Judith was born on October 19, 1941 in Gnadenhutten, Ohio to Clyde and Gladys (Metzger) Parrish. She worked at Sears for 35 years and retired there. Judy was a long-time member of Good Shepherd UMC where she was a member of United Women Sewing Guild and an active member of the choir. She adored her grand-children and loved to play board games with them.
Judith is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Ronald Spencer; sister, Myrna Parrish; and brother, Gary Parish.
She is survived by her sons Todd Allen (Pamela) Spencer, and Mark Alan (Brenda) Spencer; grandchildren, Jennifer (James) Witcher, Michael (Tiniah) Spencer, Matthew Spencer, Amanda (Kevin) Maag, Joshua (Caitlin) Sims; great-grandchildren, Cannon and Beckham Maag, Thad and Wyatt Sims, Peyton, Chloe, Elsie, and Sloane Spencer, Jaycee, Greyson, and Zakkarey Witcher, and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
Family will receive friends on Monday, December 1st from 4-6pm at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, Columbus Northeast Chapel, 3047 East Dublin-Granville Road, Columbus, Ohio 43231. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 2nd at 11:00am, also at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, Columbus Northeast Chapel. She will be laid to rest at Northlawn Memory Gardens. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Mt. Carmel Hospice in Judith's honor.
The family would like to thank the nurses and staff at St. Ann's Palliative Care and Mt. Carmel Hospice for their care of our mother.
