Judith (Judy) E. Streeter, 85, formerly of Fond du Lac, died on Sunday, December 31, 2023, at Preston Place in Redgranite, Wisconsin. She was born November 5, 1938, in Minneapolis, Minnesota to Robert and Mildred (Lebeis) Somers. She grew up in Fond du Lac and graduated from Saint Mary’s Springs Academy. She married Stanley Streeter on May 12, 1962. She and her husband relocated to Virginia in 1972 and returned to Fond du Lac in 1987. She loved to cook and read her many cookbooks like novels. She was a Packer fan and one of her recipes was published in the Titletown U.S.A. Tailgaten Cookbook of the fans. She was a loving and fun mother and grandmother with a wonderful sense of humor.
Survivors include her daughter, Mary Frye (Terry), Leesburg, VA; two sons, Christopher Streeter (Janice), Plainfield, WI and Guy Streeter (Erika), Palmyra, VA; nine grandchildren, Elizabeth, Matthew, Jennifer, Amberly, Stephany, Hali, Evonne, Erin, and Joshua Streeter; twenty-two great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Judy was preceded in death by her husband, Stan; parents, Robert and Mildred Somers; brother, Bob Somers; and two sisters, Jane Glaser and Sue Wallschlaeger.
A private family interment will take place at Shrine of Rest Mausoleum, Ledgeview Memorial Park. Cremation has taken place.
