Judith Ann Whiting (Van Nelson) smiled as she met her Lord. She joined her husband Dean on November 5, 2025, in Sun Prairie, Wisc., at the age of 83. She was born on January 31, 1942, in Green Bay, Wisc., to Earl and Leona Van Nelson and was the 2nd of seven siblings.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 12 p.m. on Tuesday, November 11, 2025 at St. Peter Catholic Church, 5001 N Sherman Ave, Madison, with Fr. Bill Nolan presiding. A visitation will be held at the church on Tuesday from 10 a.m. until the time of service. Burial will take place at Resurrection Catholic Cemetery.
