Judy Ann Carman, 87, of Odessa, Texas, passed away on December 6th, 2025 in Odessa, Texas.
Visitation will be Wednesday, December 10, 2025 from 5-8pm at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held at 2pm, Thursday, December 11, 2025 at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home with Dr. Byron McWilliams of First Baptist Church, officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Arrangements are by Sunset Memorial Gardens and Funeral Home.
Judy Carman was born in Norfolk, Virginia to Clarence Broyles and Arebelle Whitely on August 5, 1938. She graduated from Odessa High School in Odessa, Texas. She married Gwendean Carman on June 21st, 1959 in Odessa, Texas. Judy worked at a convenience store for Southland Corporation for 50 years.
Judy is preceded in death by Gwendean Carman, Clarence Broyles, Arebelle Whitely, Rebecca Ray Sewell, Lyla Ray Greene, Faye and Gerald Hougland, and Roy Cox.
Judy is survived by her children, Ann and Steve McDonald, Gwen Carman, Susie Herron, Robert Medrano, and Rick Herron: Grandchildren, Stacy and Manny Cruz, Ricky and Gabe Molina-Medrano, Alexandra Medrano, Joshua and Kristina Herron, Alicia Carman Reid, Victoria Carman, Ashley and Steve Barnes: Great Grandkids, Lacy Sewell and Dustin Berkley, Ethan Medrano, Aubrelle Garcia, Paislee Pando, Tucker Herron, Jayden Carman, and Elliana Herron: Great-great Grandkids, Myles Berkley and Lainey Mae Berkley.
Pallbearers will be Joshua Herron, Ricky Medrano, Manny Cruz, Michael Wooten, Gabe Medrano, Chase Fry, Beaver and Ruckus.
The family of Judy Carman wishes to extend our sincere thanks to Dr.Kodi, Esther, Elizabeth, David, and the rest of the Continuous Care Floor at Medical Center Hospital.
