Born May 27, 1954 in Pawhuska, OK, she was the daughter of the late Bob Powell and Edith (Lynn) Powell.
Judy is survived by her husband, Mark Fulir; step-children, Melissa and Joseph Fulir; her sister, Bobbie Foreman and husband Mickey; her nieces, Bobbi Jo and Dianna Foreman; and numerous other nieces, nephews, dear friends and her cherished Boston Terriers, Quincy and Angus.
