Judy A. Harbord, 71, St. Joseph, Missouri, passed away Monday, November 10, 2025.

She was born September 20, 1954 in Atlanta, Georgia, to Wallace and Carol (Jackson) Batchelor.

Judy traveled a lot in her earlier years as a military wife. Her favorite place to visit was Jekyll Island off the coast of Georgia.

Judy married Robert Miller on September 5, 1972. They had three children, then later divorced. On January 3, 2014, Judy married Edward B. Harbord Jr. He preceded her in death on September 6, 2019.

She was a dietitian and food service manager for Crowder College in Neosho, Missouri, for many years.

Judy enjoyed doing crafts, making personalized gifts for her family and friends. She loved being with family, handing out hugs and compliments, making everyone feel welcome.

She had a strong faith and was a longtime member of the Pentecostals of St. Joseph.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward; her parents; and sister, Martha Gail Webb.

Survivors include children, Robert Ray Miller, William Lamar Miller (Sandy), and Amanda Lynn Keith (Danna Hopper); grandchildren, Savannah, Robert James, Lorrie, Kaylea, and Matthew; three great-grandchildren with another on the way; stepmother, Annie B. Hudson; former husband, Robert L. Miller; siblings, Wally Batchelor, Wanda Carroll, Gerita Girndt, and John Batchelor; numerous nieces, nephews, other extended family and friends.
