Judy A. Levanetz, 76, a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and cherished friend, passed away on February 19, 2025, in Two Rivers, WI. Judy was born on November 13, 1948, in Dawson Springs, KY to the late Garland and Lucy (Parker) Baucum. On August 31, 1968, Judy married the love of her life, Jon Levanetz at St. Lukes, in Two Rivers, WI. Together they spent 56 years sharing their lives and raising a family.
Judy wore many hats throughout her life— after receiving her associate’s degree, she went on working as a baker, bookkeeper, and teacher’s aide in special education. Judy found joy in sewing, gardening, and painting. In her youth she enjoyed tennis, biking, camping, and cross-country skiing.
Judy is survived by her husband Jon; children, Jon Levanetz, Justin Levanetz, Joline Brotzman; son-in-law, John Radey; grandchildren, Jordyn Radey, Salem Radey, McKenna Levanetz, Sydney Levanetz, Mason Levanetz, Hunter Levanetz, Hailey Levanetz, Eden Brotzman, Ari Brotzman; great-grandchildren, Jaxon and Jensen; brothers-in-law, Jerry (Gail) Levanetz, Jeff (Nancy) Levanetz; sister, Sharon Lieding; sister-in-law, Judy Jonas; six half sisters and one half brother.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Jeanna Radey; and her parents Garland and Lucy Baucum.
Friends and family are invited to celebrate Judy’s life during a visitation on March 15, 2025, at 9:00 AM, followed by a memorial service at 11:00 AM. With Fr. Dave Pleier officiating. Both events will take place at St. Peter the Fisherman Church, 3201 Mishicot Rd, Two Rivers, WI 54241. Online condolence messages may be shared at DejaMartin.com.
