Judy L. Stallman

Judy L. Stallman, 83, of Philippi, passed away Friday, November 7, 2025, in the United Hospital Center following an extended illness. She was born in Dry Fork, Randolph County, on October 26, 1942, a daughter of the late Fred and Norma Jean (Harper) White.
She is survived by her loving husband of 39 years, William Stallman.
Also surviving are three daughters- Jeanna Critchfield Renzelli and her husband Bill of Philippi, Julie Critchfield Thomas and her husband Chuck of Quiet Dell, Kathy Williamson of Alabama, her sister Karen Reynolds of Ohio, and several nieces, nephews, grandchildren, great grandchildren, and a great-great grandchild, all of whom she loved dearly.
She was preceded in death by a son, Jennings B. Critchfield, two daughters, Kelly Timour and Charlotte Campbell, a grandson, Joseph Thomas, and two brothers, Ivan Ray White and Gary Wayne White.
Judy was a graduate of Flemington High School. Judy had retired from the food service department at Montgomery Developmental Center in Dayton Ohio. She enjoyed crafts, ceramics, and crocheting. Judy was a member of the Evangel Baptist Church in Bridgeport, WV.
Her family and friends will remember her for her gentle heart, her devotion to her loved ones, her peanut butter fudge, and the warmth she brought to every gathering.
Family and friends will be received at Burnside Funeral Home, 607 S. Virginia Avenue, Bridgeport, on Thursday, November 13, 2025 from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM where services will be held at 12:30 PM with Pastor Jeff Ramsey presiding. Interment will follow in West Virginia National Cemetery.
