Judy Taylor Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Waldo Funeral Home - Sherman on Jan. 20, 2026.
Judy Ann Taylor, beloved mother, Nana, family matriarch. Judy passed away January 17, 2026, leaving behind a legacy of strength, laughter, and a heart that loved fiercely. She was a true spit fire-full of life, bold in spirit and never afraid to speak her mind or stand up for the people she loved.

Judy loved hard and without limits. Her family meant everything to her, and she showed that love through her actions, her loyalty, and her unwavering presence. She had a way of making people feel seen, protected and cared for, whether you were family, a lifelong friend, or someone who had just met her.

She was strong, determined and resilient, yet carried a soft heart beneath it all. Judy's laughter was unforgettable, her honest advice, and her love unconditional. She leaves behind countless memories that will be cherished forever-stories that will be told, smiles that will be shared and love that will never fade.

She is survived by her children, son-Russell Taylor, daughter- Heidi Taylor, grandchildren-Ella & Owen Nelson who will forever cherish her memory. She is reunited in heaven with her husband Richard Taylor, parents, Buddy & Carmelita Blankenship, brothers-Gary Blankenship & Terry Blankenship, grandparents and many others.
