Judy Ann Ellis Walters, 63, of Bladenboro went to her eternal home on Sunday, January 9, 2022 at Columbus Regional Healthcare. She was preceded in death by her parents, Sammie Franklin Ellis and Ada Louise Howell Ellis and one brother. Judy leaves behind her adoring husband, Bobby Walters of the home, two daughters, Tonya Covington of Lumberton and Trudy Bordeaux of Hope Mills, one brother, Wayne Ellis of Bladenboro, one sister, Alice Adcox of Bladenboro, and three grandchildren, Adrian Ellis of Greensboro, Alysa Demery of White Lake, and Joseph Chase McMillan of Hope Mills.
Judy was a loving, sister, wife, mother and grandmother. She enjoyed staying at home, cooking, and spending time with her family. She loved to watch Days of our Lives, NCIS and Little House on the Prairie. Judy will certainly be missed.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, January 11, 2022 from 6-8 pm at the Bladenboro Chapel of Bladen Gaskins in Bladenboro. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, January 12, 2022 at 3 pm in the Singletary Cemetery in the Sandhills of Bladenboro with Rev. Clifton Kinlaw officiating.
