Judy Webb Obituary
Publish in a newspaper
The celebration of life service will be at 3:00 p.m. Thursday, October 2, 2025 at Salem Baptist Church with Rev. Paul Reviere officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 2:00 p.m. until the hour of service in the church sanctuary on Thursday.
Serving as pallbearers will be Lee Quarles, Chris Quarles, Brandon Dornberg, C.J. Dornberg, Mitch Young, A.J. Young and Andy Smalley.
Judy was the daughter of the late Albert Truett Smalley and Dollie Ellenberg Smalley. She was a former employee with the Georgia Department of Transportation working at the Weigh Station on Interstate 20.
Survivors include a sister, Jan Smalley; one granddaughter, Tigeria Collier; nieces, nephews and numerous other family members.
Judy was also preceded in death by a brother, Kenneth Smalley.
If so desired memorial contributions may be made to the Salem Baptist Church Cemetery Fund, in care of Mrs. June Cox, 2476 Leathersville, Rd., Lincolnton, GA 30817.
