Julia E. Fowler passed away peacefully on July 2, 2025, surrounded by love and warmth. She was 74 years old.
Born on February 13, 1951, Julia was a woman of great heart and strong spirit. She found joy in the kitchen, where she shared her love through her cooking - especially her unforgettable desserts and her famous upside-down pineapple cake that brought smiles to so many.
Julia's love for her family was endless. She was incredibly close to her grandchildren and held a special place in her heart for dogs, who she cared for with the same tenderness she gave to those around her. A devoted wife, she is now reunited in peace with her beloved husband, Moren C. Fowler.
Julia is survived by her loving daughter Gissela P. Cavitt, her devoted son-in-law James R. Cavitt, her cherished grandchildren Andrea P. Cavitt, Griffin Cavitt, and George Guadarrama Jr., her son Jorge Guadarrama, his wife Irma Anastacio, and their children April Guadarrama and David Guadarrama. Her legacy lives on in all who loved her and were loved by her.
A Poem for Julia
You baked love into every sweet thing you made,
With a quiet strength that never swayed.
Your hands gave warmth, your heart gave more,
Now Heaven holds you at its door.
Reunited with your love above,
Wrapped in peace, in light, in love.
Though we weep and miss your face,
We know you've found your resting place.
