Julia Johnson

My condolences to the Johnson family. I had the pleasure of Julie´s company numerous times when I took my friend, Sally Troutman and Julie to lunch. I loved hearing their adventures in Evansville and memories they shared for over 80 years. I know the sweet memories as a family will always be cherished. Having recently read a NYT article on Bonny Prince Billy's reading habits, I noted a familiar name of his dear friend. I was immediately reminded then of my fond memories of Julie & her family from years past.

Such a gracious, whip-smart & lovely woman was she, & lucky me to have known her then, just as her new career was about to ignite.

Sincerest sympathy for her loss to the entire family. She was, I'm confident, a blessing beyond words to each of you.
