Julia Lee Obituary
Julia “Julie” Lee, age 58, of Akron, Ohio passed away peacefully on August 15, 2024 with her family and close friends by her side. She was born December 27, 1965 to Ruth and Seamon Seals in Akron, Ohio. She attended Akron Public Schools graduating from Ellet High School in 1984.
Julia was a hardworking, long-time employee at KeyCorp for 30 years. She was a dedicated wife, mother and grandmother. Julia enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.
Julia is preceded in death by her parents Ruth and Seamon Seals, brothers Donald Seals, and Seamon Seals Jr., sisters Dorthy Perdue and Marguerite Pugh.
She is survived by her loving husband Micheal Lee; sons David, and Timothy Lee; daughters Lorianne Lee; sisters Gwendolyn Agbaere of Stone Mountain, GA, Stacey (Toney) Hannan of Lithonia, GA, Kimberly (Michael) Lane of California; brother William Seals of Akron, OH; grandchildren Laila, Israel, Emanuel, Ziyah, Maria, Malani, Gabriel, Malia, Darnell Jr., and Timothy II; best friends Arlene and Michelle; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be from 10-11:30 a.m. on Saturday, August 24, 2024, with a service to follow at 11:30 a.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home. The family would like to thank the Cleveland Clinic Hospice and staff for all of their wonderful care.
