Julie was my neighbor in Cooperstown ( well outside of Cooperstown) We remained friends from then on sharing life. She was everything her obituary said about her and more. Many memories and life lessons and a good friend to walk life´s journey with.

Julie was my Aunt by relation but she was much more to me than that. She was my true mother. She was my teacher, my mentor, my friend, my mental caregiver, my saint here on earth. She was an advocate and inspiration to me. She helped me to find my voice. She believed in me when I didn´t believe in my self. I will always be forever grateful to her. Loving, kind, and firm when needed to be. She showed unconditional love in a world that seems to lack compassion and kindness. I can only take the lessons and knowledge she showed and taught me and pay it forward in her honor. I thank her in helping mold me into the person I am today and just want her to know how truly loved she is and always will be.

I am Julia's second cousin. Although I never met her from her obituary I feel like I knew her very well. A tremendous life of service and compassion. An example for us all

"Jool" Every morning I look out at my pond garden with St Francis statue. He came from Peace of Mind, from you. So many memories from riding our bikes in the alley behind our houses to traveling, especially to Lk Louise, Alberta Can. to see Steve Hall play.
So many memories and friendship between hello and goodbye.
