Julian Crowder

I am so sorry to hear of the passing of Julian. My heart goes out to his family. I remember being an optometry student at UAB and coming to visit Julian at his practice. We instantly bonded because we were both UNC Alumni. He was very gracious in discussing optometry and especially private optometric practice with me. To my surprise he led the seminar for new licensee´s after I passed my North Carolina board exam. He was a great help. He always offered a smile and a hug at every mountain district meeting. He will be missed.

As a classmate of Julians in optometry I spent many hours with him in classes and the clinic. He was a great friend and great optometrist. He will be missed by his colleagues. Prayers to his wife and family and Gods speed to Julian

So sad to hear about Julian's passing. He was a really nice and fun man!

So sorry to hear about Julian. He was a real asset to optometry , his community and his patients. His leadership in optometry at many levels will be missed.
